A refined, dark oolong with large, silver-tipped leaves and flavor elements of orange blossom and honey.
This choicest grade oolong has a mild honey sweetness with a floral component like fresh orange blossoms. And, while sipping, you may notice subtle hints of peach. The extra-large, curled leaves are silver-tipped and oxidized to about 40%. They produce a clean, round liquor the color of honey with a medium body and light astringency. If you choose to steep this tea more than once, you’ll find the astringency fades while the sweet and floral qualities shine through. Enjoy this tea on its own or with a bit of lemon – no milk.
