Kobos Iced Tea is full-bodied, fruity, and evocatively flavorful and aromatic. It was developed about twenty-five years ago when a couple of our employees came up with their own unique blend of flavored orange pekoe teas and began serving it to our customers over ice. It quickly became a favorite.

Hot Water Instructions: Use a double portion of tea leaves, about two teaspoons for every eight ounces of water. Bring water to a boil, pour over tea leaves and allow to steep four to five minutes. Remove tea leaves and store at room temperature. If refrigerated, the tea will turn cloudy.

Sun Tea Instructions: In a two-quart covered jar, place one ounce of tea. Fill the jar with cold water and place in the sun for three hours. Strain and serve. Sun tea can be kept in the refrigerator because it will never turn cloudy.
