Originally developed for a local Portland chef, Bistro Blend has long been one of our most popular coffees.
Back in 1978, a local chef asked us to come up with a rich after-dinner coffee with a hint of dark roast flavor. We came up with this beautiful blend of South American and African coffees with a bit of dark-roasted depth. Coffee lovers throughout Portland have made it a long-standing part of their routines since. Kosher.
